Please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to become available after your payment has been processed. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your spam and junk mail. You can also email us with your name and order number in the subject line at customercare@shopcaiascloset.com
Our standard shipping time is 10 to 14 days Via FedEx but under no circumstances is a delivery date guaranteed. Shipping delays do happen, and are completely out of our control. Shipping times can vary greatly and can reach 30 days or more depending on the item that was ordered and where it is being shipped from.
Where does your shipment come from? Our Distribution centers are worldwide, It depends on the item you order. Our Manufacturer's and Fulfillment centers are located in Europe, Asia and the U.S.
CC does not take any liability if your ordered products are lost in transit because the shipping information you provided is incorrect.
If your items become lost please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for your items once they leave our warehouse.
Customers are responsible for custom fees if applicable outside of the United States.
