Caia's Closet will only accept returns on orders that are processed incorrectly by the company. Caia's Closet does not accept returns due to incorrect size or any reason other than a mistake being made by us or one of our affiliates.

• INTIMATES AND SWIMWEAR SALES ARE FINAL. No refund, no exchange

Here is a simple run down of the rules and procedures for returns:

Please look at your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team at customercare@shopcaiascloset.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We do not issue refunds. Exchanges are welcome.

• All returns must be received within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

• Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.

• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, un-used and all original packing and tags attached.

• Shipping is non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our end.

• Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

• Please allow our team 3 to 5 business days to process your return once it is received by CC 

 

Changing or Cancelling you order

• All orders must be canceled within 4 hours of placing you order.

• All changes must be requested within 4 hours of placing your order.

• After 4 hours have surpassed, unfortunately we can NOT cancel your order
